When your tiles are structurally sound but the roof has faded, the ridge mortar’s gone porous, or the heat coming off the surface is cooking your upstairs rooms — restoration is the right service. Significantly cheaper than replacement, and it adds another decade to the roof.
What restoration covers
- High-pressure cleaning with a fungicidal wash to remove lichen, moss, and grime
- Targeted replacement of broken or spalling tiles, matched to your existing profile
- Re-bedding of ridge caps with fresh mortar and a flexible pointing compound
- Inspection and replacement of failing flashings, where they reach end-of-life
- A neutralising primer to bond the new coating to the cleaned surface
- Two coats of a heat-reflective membrane sealer in your chosen colour
- Photo report and a five-year workmanship warranty
