Roof replacement
A new roof, done once, done properly.
If the underlay’s failed, half the tiles are spalling, or the geometry of the roof was never quite right — replacement gives you a clean slate. We strip back to the rafters, redo the detailing that matters, and install your new roof to last another twenty-plus years.
What a Kindaroo re-roof includes.
- Complete strip of existing tiles, underlay and battens (haulage included)
- Rafter condition check and structural patching where needed
- New monsoon-rated breathable underlay membrane
- Fresh treated timber or steel battens, set to manufacturer spacing
- Your chosen roof material — clay tile, concrete tile, Colorbond-equivalent metal, or asphalt shingle
- Ridge bedding, valley flashings, sidewall step flashings, drip edges and apron flashings
- New gutters and downpipes, or sealing and refurbishment of existing if sound
- Site protection, daily debris removal, and a final magnetic sweep for nails

Which roof type fits your home?
Concrete tile
Workhorse of Malaysian roofs. Strong, affordable, lots of profiles. Surface needs recoating every 10–12 years. RM 22–32/sqft.
Metal deck
Lightweight, fast to install, modern look. Best with extra insulation underneath for sound and heat. RM 18–28/sqft.
Asphalt shingle
Common on bungalows with complex roof geometry. Good lifespan in shaded compounds. RM 26–36/sqft.

Process
From quote to final walk-through.
On-site survey
We measure, photograph and discuss preferences. You receive a written itemised quote within three working days.
Scheduling
30 percent deposit secures your slot. We watch the weather and confirm the start date five days out.
Install week
Strip, structural check, underlay, battens, tiles, flashings, gutters — all sequenced and weather-protected.
Handover
Final walk-through, photo report, manufacturer warranty pack and the Kindaroo 12-year workmanship certificate.
