1,420+ roofs
Completed projects across residential and light commercial properties in the Klang Valley region.
Three generations of roofing knowledge, kept deliberately small so every project still has a senior pair of eyes on it.
Kindaroo started in 2008 when our founder, Eddie Lim, came home from a decade installing tile roofs in Sydney’s western suburbs. He noticed that Klang Valley homeowners were paying premium prices for roofing work that often lacked basic monsoon detailing — drip flashings missing, ridge caps under-mortared, gutters under-pitched.
The first jobs were repair callouts on terrace houses in SS2. Word travelled. Today we’ve completed more than 1,400 roofs across Selangor and KL, but we still cap ourselves at two crews. It means we know every job that’s on the calendar this week, and the person who quoted is usually the one who shows up to the handover.

Emergency leak triage during monsoon season, with a temporary cover within the day for most cases.
Most of our annual maintenance work comes from clients we’ve already done a major project for.
Every crew member is on the Kindaroo payroll. Insurance and training records to match.
If a repair will hold, we’ll recommend the repair — not a full re-roof you don’t yet need.
No anchor pricing, no expiring discounts. The quote stands for thirty days, plain and simple.
Drop sheets in the rooms below, magnetic sweeps for nails, and full debris removal at end of day.
Twelve years on workmanship for new installs. Five on restoration. Honoured by the same business that did the job.
Roof failures here have a local accent. The combination of intense UV, sudden heavy downpours, and humidity that runs above 80 percent for most of the year — that’s a tougher brief than the dry-summer climates many international roofing systems are designed for. We’ve learned which clay tile suppliers fire at the right temperature for this climate, which underlay membranes survive the heat above an attic in Cyberjaya, and which gutter profiles cope with the spike-volume rainfall of an April storm in Klang.
That local read is what we sell. Everything else — the tools, the safety gear, the warranty paperwork — is table stakes. We just happen to bring all of it.
We don’t do salesy site visits. Just a senior installer, a clipboard, and a straight answer.
