Return and refund policy.

Last updated: 5 February 2026. Roofing is a service, not a shippable product — but refunds, remedial work and material returns still need a clear policy. This is ours.

Deposits

Deposits secure a schedule slot and let us order materials. You may cancel a confirmed engagement and receive a full deposit refund up to the point we place purchase orders with our suppliers. Once materials are ordered, the cost of those materials (and any restocking fee charged to us) is deducted before refund; the remainder, if any, is returned to your nominated Malaysian bank account within seven working days.

Inspection fee

The roof inspection fee (currently RM 350 within the Klang Valley) is non-refundable once the inspection has been performed, because the report belongs to you regardless of whether you proceed with any recommended works. If the inspection is cancelled by you before we attend, the fee is refunded in full.

Final payments

Final payment is due within seven days of completion and walk-through. If you identify issues during the walk-through that are within the agreed scope and not yet resolved, the affected portion of the payment may be held back until the issue is remedied. Outstanding balances after seven days may attract a late charge of 1% per month, calculated daily.

Remedial work under warranty

If something we installed fails within the relevant warranty period (12 years workmanship for new installs, 5 years for restoration, 1 year for repairs), we will attend and remedy at our cost. This includes labour, materials, and any access equipment needed. The warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather above design tolerance, third-party modifications, or maintenance failures (for example, gutter overflow caused by debris build-up).

Warranty claim process: contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and photos. We respond within two working days and schedule an inspection within seven working days. If the claim is valid, remedial work is scheduled at the next available slot, prioritised against active emergency work.

Material returns

If you purchased materials directly through us (separate from a labour engagement), unopened and unused materials may be returned within fourteen days for a refund less a 10% restocking fee, provided the supplier accepts the return. Opened, used, or custom-coloured materials are non-returnable.

Refund mechanism

Refunds are issued to the originating Malaysian bank account or e-wallet within seven working days of agreement. We do not refund in cash for any amount above RM 500. International bank transfers are at the recipient’s cost.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us first. If we cannot resolve the dispute within thirty days, either party may refer the matter to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) where eligible, or to the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur for higher-value disputes.
