Every Malaysian roof loses some debris to its gutters. Add a mature tree or two, and a gutter network can pack solid in six months. Our pre-monsoon clearing is the single cheapest thing you can do to avoid a ceiling repair bill in November.
What our gutter visit includes
- Manual clearing of all leaves, twigs, sediment and bird debris
- Inspection of all gutter joints, brackets and stop-ends
- High-pressure flush of every downpipe and rainwater leader
- Box drain inlet check and minor unblocking at gutter outlets
- Final flow test with a hose at the highest point
- Photo report showing before, after and any flagged issues
If we spot a structural issue during the clearing — a separated joint, a sagging bracket, an outlet that’s undersized for the rainfall it gets — we’ll mark it on the photo report and quote the fix separately. Never bundled in silently.

When to book

Klang Valley homes typically benefit most from gutter clearing in late September or early October — before the northeast monsoon picks up — and again in late March, before the inter-monsoon storms. Homes near mature flame-of-the-forest, mango or rain tree species often need a third visit, usually around June.
